Water damage can strike your commercial property at any time. Water damage can sideline your business, regardless if the damage occurs from a major storm event or a broken water line. Every hour spent cleaning up is an hour of lost revenue and productivity. So when you have an emergency water event, SERVPRO Pomona / La Verne, provides 24 hour emergency services, 365 days per year.

The Daumier

The Daumier is a beautiful housing facility that is partnered with Western University of Health Sciences.
In April 2018, the Daumier experienced a large water loss. The loss potentially meant relocating or possibly losing tenants. SERVPRO responded to the call which came in after hours, and arrived within the hour to begin water extraction.Over the next few days we were able to utilize "In Place Drying". Generally with multiple floors affected, demolition is required, but in this case we saved the day and nothing was removed. Not a single tenant was displaced during this unfortunate event.

... Like it never even happened.

Thermal Imaging

The Daumier experienced a water loss that affected multiple floors. One of our more resourceful tools, FLIR, a thermal imaging camera that provides a visual moisture map. FLIR allowed our technicians to navigate through the loss site at a faster pace when determining our scope of work.

Testimonial

"The team at SERVPRO was very fast and accommodating to our needs. We had an after hours water issue and they were able to assemble an extraction and cleaning crew very quickly. Mike and Danny were awesome with their communication and keeping us updated on what needed to happen. We appreciate their efforts in minimizing the effects on our residents, quick clean-up, and follow through. Thanks SERVPRO!"
